I have a decade of experience and some pretty obscure trainings which have amounted to over 1000 + hours of training and many practice hours! I love to share and I am always learning!
This gives students the opportunity to access and use some pretty one of a kind knowledge and techniques for developing both their mind and body.
Observing my students over the years who take my methodology seriously, I have seen nothing but outstanding results!

Each session or package is tailored completely to individual needs and goals. Students are given homework exercises after each session to complete on their own between sessions at least 3-4 times per week. More often provides faster results and improves the student's self discipline.
